Exmoor - A Visitors Guide
Exmoor is one of those places that you never forget, providing memories that linger for a lifetime. It has the most wonderful scenery and in the summer, there is always something going on, music and arts festivals, traditional fair and fetes, dog and pony shows. Exmoor National Park is situated on the southern shores of the Bristol Channel and straddles the counties of Devon and Somerset in South West England.
Unique in a Modern World: Many older folks say the Exmoor region brings back memories of their childhood - perhaps this is peaceful surroundings or the lack of noise and smells associated with modern day living. Getting away from the city life and visiting Exmoor nearly always surprises - the pollution free environment refreshes ALL the senses and provides a "detox" at no extra charge. |
